TANK
The tank is a low-profile 200/160 gallon poly with an oversized sump and dual inductor agitation nozzles, that provide excellent mixing action, yet allow complete drainage of the tank. Its corner-fill well with splash guard provides greater safety because the operator does not have to reach over the sprayer when filling with chemicals or water.

The spray boom is a three sectioned, balanced boom. It has 4-20" nozzles per section to give greater spraying accuracy and a coverage up to 20'. The boom wings have breakaway action, end guards, and can fold forward or cross in the back. It comes complete with Quick-Jet nozzle caps, no-drip diaphragm check valves, and your choice of nozzles.

The standard control console with motorized ball valves and a butterfly servo valve give complete control of the 3 boom sections and instant control of pressure.

The centrifugal pump has an output of 80 GPM or up to 80 PSI and is directly coupled to a Honda GX160 5.5 HP engine. Two other pumps are also available. One is a semi-hydraulic piston pump with 30 GPM and 215 PSI powered by a Honda 5.5 HP engine. The other is a roller pump with 22 GPM or 150 PSI also powered by a Honda 5.5 HP engine with 6:1 gear reduction drive.

300 has low profile 24x13.pp-12NHSS tires. The 400/500 have low-profile 31x13.50-15 tires which provide excellent floatation over soft or wet turf.

PUMP OPTIONS
5 ROLLER PUMP - directly couples to a 5 hp Honda or Briggs engine - produces 22 gpm or 180 psi.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMP - directly couples to a 5 hp Honda or Briggs engine - produces 90 gpm or 115 psi.
Both pumps are directly coupled to the engine to eliminate pump alignment problems.
SPRAY BOOM OPTIONS
FBQ15T - 15' Spray Coverage Boom, 9 nozzles, 20" spacing, breakaway hinge, quick-tach, diaphragm check nozzle bodies, boom guards, EPDM rubber hose or boom can be equipped with standard nozzle bodies and EVA hose.
FBQ21T - 21' Spray Coverage Boom, 12 nozzles, 20" spacing, breakaway hinge, quick-tach, diaphragm check nozzle bodies, boom guards, EPDM rubber hose or boom can be equipped with standard nozzle bodies and EVA hose.

SS6AB - single on-off manual control stops and starts all the boom at once.
SSAA17-L - 8-way manual control divides the boom into three sections allowing you to control any section or all the boom at once.
TI2623 - an electric control with valves allows control of individual sections and also allows you to control the pressure.

Universal sprayers are manufactured with a formed steel frame and are designed to be as compact as possible. Sizes include a 55-Gal, 110-Gal., 150-Gal. and 200-Gal. All sizes have either a 12 volt diaphragm demand pump system (3.0 GPM or 45 PSI) or an engine powered system.

The engine system has the pump directly coupled to the engine which eliminates alignment problems. This also extends the life of both the engine and the pump, due to less stress on shafts and bearings.

All models come with 25'x3/8" gun hose, handgun with adjustable tip, suction strainer, gauge, automatic relief valve and poly tank with 5" fill well. 7', 10', 15' and 21' spray coverage booms can be used on the Universal sprayers.
By adding your choice of transport pull kits to a universal skid sprayer, you can make a tow-behind sprayer. Between the design of the formed steel frame and the pull kit, the sprayer becomes as low-profile as possible, making it more stable on steep slopes. The universal design allows the sprayer to be set up as a front-mounted pumping unit or a rear-mounted pumping unit, whichever way your customer wants. No extra parts are needed for this change! When the pumping unit is mounted on the rear of the sprayer, it cuts down on engine noise and fumes for the operator. 7', 10', 15' and 21' spray coverage booms are optional and fit any configuration with no additional parts.
